LOCAL DELIVERY

- During checkout, please enter your address and select the shipping option. Click the "Continue to Shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 10 miles of our location.

- If the local delivery option does not appear during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

- Orders placed before 14:00 during office hours (09:00 - 14:00) will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered within 2-4 days.

- When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

- Orders are generally shipped the following day. The standard delivery time is 2-4 days. A flat shipping fee of £2.99 applies to all orders, while orders over £25.00 qualify for free delivery within the United Kingdom.

- We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

- For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- For simple flat rate shipping: We offer a £2.99 flat rate for shipping within the United Kingdom.

- Free shipping is available for orders over £25.00.
